AMP is the creative collaboration of Master Filmmaker Michael Balke and the Creative Visionary & Musician/Educator Aubrey Myers, who have come together to form a powerhouse team!

A love of adventure and passion for storytelling brought us together in work and life. All of our combined passions have the common theme of visual storytelling and creating beautiful things to inspire dreams, capture memories, AMPlify visions and move people.

We split our time between our Maui and Big Island homes enjoying the beauty of our Hawaiian islands in both work and fun. When we aren’t working or traveling, you’ll probably still catch us with a camera or drone in hand and our dog in tow; enjoying a rollerskate/longboard sess, spending time in the ocean or on a hike in the jungle, stargazing under some of the best night skies in the world, enjoying a sunset picnic or having a cozy night at home cooking dinner and watching a movie.

This creative duo enjoys working throughout the Aloha state but our adventurous spirits also love to travel worldwide spreading the cinematic magic and the Aloha spirit.  We are lovers of life, laughter, visual storytelling and each other! We are two-peas-in-a-pod and we are grateful life has brought us together to do what we do best!
