More than a property tour

MAKE THE PLACE
FEEL PERSONAL.

A hospitality story can begin with a chef’s idea, a distinctive experience, or the people who welcome your guests. We help shape a film around the part of your business you want people to understand.

Start with one brand film or campaign, or discuss a planned rhythm of content around your priorities. The channels, deliverables, access, and production schedule are agreed before filming.

Plan around the experience

A CLEAR PLAN.
A CONSIDERED SHOOT.

01

CHOOSE THE STORY.

Define the audience, the experience or message, and the job the film needs to do on your website, social channels, or campaign.

02

PLAN THE ACCESS.

Coordinate locations, staff participation, guest privacy, releases, and a schedule that accounts for your operation. Confirm responsibility for permissions in the scope.

03

AGREE THE DELIVERY.

Set the main film, supporting edits, aspect ratios, captions, review rounds, usage, and delivery dates in the proposal.

BEFORE
WE FILM.

Can we start with one film?

Yes. Begin with a defined brand story, experience, or campaign. A recurring schedule can be discussed separately when your next priorities are clear.

What should we include in our inquiry?

Share the property or business, location, audience, story, intended channels, timing, and budget range. Tell us about any dates or access restrictions that affect filming.

Can photography be part of the scope?

Tell us which still images you need alongside the film. We’ll discuss the photography requirements and confirm the agreed deliverables. Our existing photography portfolio features live music and events.
